This product has 3 years of warranty repair or replacement and 10 years of after -sales service warranty. It should be noted that the shipping cost of the device from Vebko must be paid by the buyer company.
The warranty period only includes the device.
After the warranty period, Vebko will continue to provide full support, but the cost of repairs and calibration will be charged.
Any software update will be done for free

Description of training

Training for industrial centers is 20 hours (2 days) at the post office or laboratory for free, and the cost of accommodation and return is the responsibility of the buyer.
There will be unlimited phone support that will allow you to have your questions answered 24 hours a day.
